Game 136 HDLR: Yankees @ Jays, 9/5/09

Hi everyone, and welcome to the Heartland Digital Living Room.  Below, as per Pete Abraham, are the lineups.  JD sits for Hinske, and Teixeira is the DH as Swish takes first.  With the switch hitters, Girardi has eight righty bats today against lefty Brett Cecil to support Pettite, who has been dynamite after the break (4-1, 2.56 ERA).  The Yanks look to get back to 38 games above .500.  I will be using CoverItLive for today’s Digital Living Room, so please click on the link below for the chat box which, according to CoverItLive, will open in a separate window.  That is how it best works with WordPress.  I have checked it, and it is working fine.  Come on in, grab a digital leather recliner, some hot dogs, pizza, wings, and coldies, and enjoy the game, everyone.

  1. Don’t know if I can make it or not, what with the house and all. I’ll also be trying to watch PSU football at the same time as catching up on the Yanks.

    Yup…Multi-tasking!

  2. That’s understandable. PSU taking on the Zips. Ah, lots of football this weekend.

  3. I’ll try to stop by. But I may actually go outside and enjoy the morning (the game is on at 10 am here). GO YANKS!

  4. Im here but just got a few thing to do first

  5. Good times today. Thanks a lot for hosting! 8.5 games up and damn it feels good.

  6. Great to have you by, Cliff. I’ll be sure to spread the word the next time I open up the Digital Living Room. 8 1/2 up is tremendous, allowing the team to rest guys.
